You throw Marbles, they can collide or avoid each other entirely, settle in obvious places or not. They can redirect one another, cluster together or scatter apart. Either they come to stillness, or just before they do, they jump over the edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


In the work Losing Marbles, the simplest moves are uneasy to track and it is difficult to make the throws seem reasonable. Yet, through the entertainment of a sound response, you continue to play. Led by intuition and a feeling of necessity, the Playing Surface becomes a place of reflection where the declared zones of significance and power relations appear transparent, but in fact stay blurry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
